His commitment to authentic cuisine shows in every dish: seafood paella cooked to perfection, osso buco that falls off the bone tender, grouper ceviche that's incredible, Dover sole deboned tableside in fantastic fashion, Chilean Sea Bass that's outstanding. The seafood platter delivers unbelievably good portions—huge pieces of shrimp, lobster tail, and octopus that justify its reputation. Everything has been amazing across an extensive menu worth exploring repeatedly.
